Don’t delay: schedule your student’s physical/immunizations today!
Call your provider to schedule your student’s appointment. Students who have not completed a school physical by September 1 will be excluded from attending school until all required examinations and vaccinations have been completed.
All entering Kindergarten, 6th grade and 9th grade students are required to have proof of a physical and required immunizations. Students entering 12th grade have a vaccine requirement only. Appointment cards will not be accepted as proof of physical and immunizations.

A life-long resident of Champaign-Urbana, Marion returns to the community after a year away serving as an Executive Assistant with Cerner Corporation in Kansas City, MO.

Updates include a streamlined navigation, user-friendly homepage, and special section for road closures and service disruptions. In an effort to honor Austin Cloyd’s commitment to community service, Centennial High School is proud to announce the 12th annual Austin Cloyd’s Day of Service on April 6, 2019, hosted by the Interact Club.
Austin Cloyd grew up in Champaign-Urbana and was a member of Interact while at Centennial. Tragically, she was a victim of the Virginia Tech shooting on April 16, 2007. The Interact Club strives to continue her legacy through community service.
The Center for Family and Community Engagement at 703 S. New Street will be closed the morning of Friday, March 22, for a planned power outage related to construction at South Side Elementary. All staff will be unavailable at an off-site training during this time, including the Schools of Choice registration office and KidsPlus. We've launched a campaign to support our African American girls - and you can be a part of it! Brilliant. Bold. Beautiful. is an initiative to provide positive images and supports to this group of students to dismantle the myth society has created around their identity.
These t-shirts are one of many ways we can celebrate and help our girls better understand their potential and legacy of scholarship and excellence.
In honor of National African American Parent Involvement Day (NAAPID) on Monday, February 11, each Unit 4 school is inviting parents to visit their child’s school and take part in special activities. Below is a summary of activities at several of our campuses.
